No Returns Policy

All products sold on Sardar Swag are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. We encourage customers to review product details, images, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products

We understand that rare issues can occur during transit. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange

You are eligible for an exchange or store credit only if:

  1. The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  2. You contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  3. You provide clear images or an unboxing video showing the issue

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Resolution Options

After verification, Sardar Swag may offer one of the following:

  1. Product Exchange
    1. Replacement will be provided subject to product availability
    2. The exchanged product will be shipped after approval
  2. Store Credit
    1. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website
    2. It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
    3. The final resolution will be determined by Sardar Swag after reviewing the request

Store Credit Terms

  1. Store credit is valid only on sardarswag.com
  2. Cannot be combined with certain offers unless stated
  3. Cannot be transferred or encashed
  4. Must be used within the validity period, if applicable

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Change of mind or dislike of the product
  2. Size, color, or style preference issues
  3. Minor color variations due to screen differences
  4. Damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling

To request an exchange or store credit for a damaged or defective product:
